New home warranty (Tarion) inspections are performed just before the one or two year builders warranty is about to expire. This type of inspection is similar to our other services, however emphasis is placed on construction issues that may have arisen during the first year or two of ownership. The inspection process consists of the following:

  • Typically 2-3 hours
  • Infrared & WETT Inspection If Requested
  • Verbal Report to Client Upon Completion

  • Computer Generated Report Including Photos Delivered Within 24 Hours
