Visual Mould Inspections  
A visual inspection to identify possible sources of excess moisture or other conditions conducive to mould growth. Infrared thermal imaging may also be utilized to help identify moisture problems that may not have been easily detected by the naked human eye 
Bulk Mould Sampling
Bulk, tape or swab sampling is performed as needed at the home owners or inspectors recommendation
Air Sampling - Pre & Post Remediation
Two or more air samples are captured using a specialized sampling pump and traps to collect mould spores, samples are then delivered to an accredited lab for analysis
Independent Third Party Lab Report & Recommendations
A written report with lab results and a recommended course of action to remediate any mould
