"I have used the services of a home inspector before, but with Erich a few things stood out as value added service. He employs thermal imaging during his inspection which helped identify areas of heat loss and moisture behind walls that were not readily visible to the naked eye. The other impressive aspect to his inspection was the thoroughness and professionalism with which he conducted his work. He examined every nook and cranny and wasn't shy about crawling and climbing in the most out-of-reach places. Because of this he discovered a large amount of mould in the attic space. In the end the mould was remediated, but I was sure glad to find out about this before signing the dotted line. Erich's fee more than paid for itself and I would highly recommend his services."
